In natural health, psoriasis is called sheling sore because it often occurs on the neck; it is also called stubborn tinea because it is lingering and stubborn. Due to scratching, the affected area and its surroundings may be accompanied by scratches, bleeding spots or blood scabs, and new flat small papules may also appear near it.

Conscious paroxysmal itching, worse when rubbed by clothes and sweat stains, especially at night, no pain when scratched. The itching also intensifies during mood swings. Because itching can affect work and rest, patients are often accompanied by symptoms of insomnia, dizziness, and irritability.

The course of disease of psoriasis is slow, and constant year does not heal, shows effect repeatedly.

Clinically, it can be divided into general type and localized type according to the location of the disease and the number of skin lesions. Localized type, the skin lesions are only found in the neck and other parts, as a few well-defined lichenoid hypertrophic patches; generalized type, the distribution is more extensive, often occurs on the head, limbs, shoulders, waist, etc., and even all over the body, skin lesions The characteristics are the same as the limited type.
