Xianhe Natural Health System has been designed so that anybody can gain health and work opportunities. When you join Xianhe, you will win the best healthcare and the best work opportunities.
Xianhe has classified its members as BM(Basic Member), LM(Leading Master), SM(State Manager), CM(Country Manager), RHM(Regional Heshoutang Manager), GHM(Global Heshoutang Manager).Heshoutang has classified its members as BM(Basic Member), LM(Leading Master), SM(State Manager), CM(Country Manager), RHM(Regional HQ Manager), GHM(Global HQ Manager).
All members must use the Xianhe Management System to run the business. The Management System will calculate all members' benefits per the rules below and pay all members according to the Xianhe Management System calculation. Xianhe Management System is currently implemented and available on the Xianhe Global online platform. All certified members can log into the system using the obtained Xianhe Member Certificate ID.
Members Benefits & Duties
Xianhe Management System is called hybrid uni-level marketing, it is NOT a Multi-Level Marketing system. It is a creative business model according to the Xianhe's business situation designed to unite all Xianhe Members together using the best and unique rules.
- Basic Member(BM) is the first level of Xianhe members.
- BM needs to pass the examination, get the certificate, and see clients by Xianhe Natural Health System.
- When BM uses the Xianhe-owned Office or warehouse, BM will directly get the products from the Xianhe-owned office or warehouse. BM will get a 40% commission of sales(excluding delivery cost); if they see their patients, 60% will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit). BM will get a 30% commission of sales(excluding delivery cost. If they see Xianhe patients, 70% will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- BM will pay 50% of the retail price to prepare his stock if BM uses his own office(The delivery cost is extra). The exact amount that BM has paid will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- Leading Master(LM) is the second level of Xianhe members.
- Generally, LM is from BM. BM needs to pass another examination to become LM to teach his own BM(students).
- LM can see patients. The benefit rules will be the same as BM.
- LM will get 5% of Xianhe's income(not sales) generated by his BM. Even though their BM has upgraded to a higher level, 95% of Xianhe's income which his BM generates, will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit)
- State Manager(SM) is the third level of Xianhe members.
- Generally, SM will be chosen from LM.
- SM can see clients, and the benefit rules will be the same as regular BM.
- SM as LM, the benefit rules will be the same as regular LM.
- SM will get 20% of state profit shares generated by all state members monthly, and 80% of state profit shares will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- Country Manager(CM) is the fourth level of Xianhe members.
- Generally, CM will be chosen from SM.
- CM can see clients, and the benefit rules will be the same as regular BM.
- CM as LM, the benefit rules will be the same as standard LM.
- CM can see patients. The benefit rules will be the same as BM.
- CM will get 5% country profit shares monthly, and 95% of country profit shares will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- Regional HQ Manager(RHM) is the fifth level of Xianhe members.
- Generally, RHM will be chosen from CM.
- RHM can see clients, and the benefit rules will be the same as regular BM.
- RHM as LM, the benefit rules will be the same as regular LM.
- RHM can see their patients, and the benefit rule will be the same as BM.
- RHM will get 3% of regional profit shares monthly, and 97% of region profit shares will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- Global HQ Manager(GHM) is the sixth level of Xianhe members.
- Generally, GHM will be chosen from RHM.
- GHM can see clients, and the benefit rules will be the same as regular BM.
- GHM as LM, the benefit rules will be the same as regular LM.
- GHM can see their patients, too. The benefit rule will be the same as BM.
- GHM will get 1% global profit shares monthly, and 99% region profit shares will be calculated as his Credit(One Dollar is one Xianhe Credit).
- All members will be responsible for their clients.
- All LM will be responsible for training and guiding their students.
- All managers will be responsible for operating the area where they control.
- All managers will work in Xianhe-owned/rented offices.
- All members are not in an employment relationship with Xianhe, and all members are doing their own Xianhe Business.
- According to legal considerations, all members can only see the clients in their own country.
- According to the achievements, all members will start the business as Basic members and go up to a higher level.
