Water & Fire
The human body is composed of two elements: water and fire. These two elements work together to create life. Human health is achieved when water and fire energies are in balance. In contrast, when fire and water energies are out of balance, the human body is unhealthy, and the person becomes ill.
There are five systems in the human body and these are:
Stomach & spleen system (SS)
Lung & Large intestine system (LL)
Kidney & Bladder system (KB)
Liver & Gallbladder system (LG)
Heart & Small intestine system (HS)
Energy in Five Human Systems
There is water energy and fire energy present in all human systems, and they must stay balanced for a person to be in good health.
In the Stomach & Spleen system (SS), water energy is known as SS water energy. In the Lung and Large Intestine system (LL), it is called LL water energy, in the Kidney and Bladder system (KB), it is called KB water energy, in the Liver and Gallbladder system (LG), it is called LG blood energy, and in the Heart and Small Intestine system (HS), it is called HS water energy.

Fire energy in the Stomach & Spleen system (SS) is called SS fire energy. In the Lung & Large intestine system (LL) it is called LL fire energy, in the Kidney & Bladder system (KB) it is called KB fire energy, in the Liver & Gallbladder system (LG) it is called LG fire energy, and in the Heart & Small intestine system (HS), it is called HS fire energy.
